I want to share my experience with FisherPrice I purchased a group of broken toys for next to nothing at a sale With no children of my own, I like to fix things and donate themIncluded was a lights and sounds trike that looks like it has been outside for some time The plastic was faded, stickers were rough but seemed to be in good shape As I was cleaning it, I noticed the front wheel was broken and unusable I couldn't locate a replacement online, so did the online chat It was simple to use and I explained what I needed and she was able to find, so I was referred to call them to order Since the conversation was linked to my email, the next person found the info instantly and we processed the order They recommended a new pedal since I had to break the end off the original to get the wheel off, but I said I could fix with heavy adhesive I was then informed that there would be no need, they would include the pedal with the wheel I have multiple bad dealings with companies so when I had such a wonderful experience today, I had to share it I will keep buying Fisher Price toys when I find them since I know that the parts and the service is there to back them up
