We picked up his clock parts July 10, told him 3-6 months for job to be complete. Not sure why he called after a month to check but it happens to be the time of year we shut down for a month. He called office and mailbox happened to be full, he looked on line and saw no hours listed. I talked to him...

yesterday. His parts are on order/in the shop, it will be 2-5 more months, we are not closing our business, his deposit for the job is in the safe.    He told me yelp and google said we were shut down the business (not true) it said temporarily closed plans to open back September 5 (should be 6th). I called him to tell him about the Revdex.com complaint since he did not mention during our conversation (he called the shop and I could finally answer) plus I did not see the complaint until afterwards. He said to just ignore it since he was happy after we talked. I told him I still had to deal with it.     Please reach out to him and confirm that he is ok.
