On Sept6, 2016, I had a pedicure at Nail G*** in Flagstaff When I went to pay for it, $25.00, they handed me the credit card machine to run my Debit Card through After running my debit card through the machine it accidentally fell off my lap onto the floor The owner of Nail G***, Brian, was very angry and said I broke the machine I told him I ran my card through but he said it didn't take When, Jackie, the lady who did the pedicure came up to me, I paid her, in cash, the $ When I went to my bank to get a statement of my transactions, I noticed my debit card transaction of $25.00, from Nail G***, did go through I went back to Nail G***, talked to the owner, Brian, told him the issue, that I paid twice, and he refused to pay me the $ He told me to go back to my bank, talk to them and get a transaction number This I did, brought it back and showed Brian He said he would call his bank I told him I was tired of running back and forth to his shop and banks and it would be easier to just give me the $in cash I called him several times to see if he called his bank but he said, "too busy" So, I still haven't gotten my money back Not only is the owner very rude, but the lady, she may be his wife, who greets you, is so very rude She yells, "what you want" I even wonder if all the people who work there even have certificates or licenses
