Review: Matthew Arundale, attorney in Winston Salem, NC is one of the most intelligent, articulate men I have ever spoken with...that is if he ever chooses to return countless requests for simple updates on a simple procedure which normally comes to completion in about six months but to date is just shy of 3 years and 5 months and counting. If you hire him for legal services be prepared to be ignored for many months at a time. He seems to only respond if threatened to be exposed or putting on a front before colleagues. Indeed, a colleague of Mr. Arundale told me that he made it a practice to ignore calls from their legal office. If he ever decides to call he will generally come up with a lame excuse as to why he couldn't send a 30-second text message for the preceding six months or more. I don't know if he would be better as a song and dance man or the greatest used-car salesman of all time. I have sent a certified letter to him (verified received Sept 9 by USPS) outlining several very simple expectations to be completed by Sept 17 (basically a simple update and estimation of the timeframe for completion of the procedure, a rundown of his activities, and an assurance of his diligence). If there is no reasonable response I fully intend to escalate my grievances to this agency and other legal forums. I should have done this years ago.Desired Settlement: Mr Arundale, please simply complete the legal procedure you promised to bring to fruition and be diligent and aggressive in doing so. Do not, do not, do not ignore me. Be a man of honor and keep your word.
