Hello I m responding to the second response. Now you saying she wear a coclear to hear? that mean she can hear not like you said?1 Breaker it was must be change2 breakers I enforce it to be working after I turned off ,that is why I recommend here to replace all to replace the 14 Breakers was very good advice, you are not Electrician and you didn't see the conditions of the old breaker. warrantee must be cancel within 30 Days from the work date to get refund. thanks

HelloWe responded to problem with the heater not working, after diagnose the problem we told the customer that we have to replace one breaker that control this our price $for senior will be $but I recommend you to replace all if you want our price $1250, for
senior Will be $and you will get warrantee with any way to go for one year labor and material. She said okay, go a head . No way she deaf like he said, because I had conversation with herand she is the one called me over the phone to request the electrician I never admit that I over charge her. I didn’t offer$300. She needed 1 circuit breaker replaced not all. She wears a Coclear implant to hear and is deaf. She counted on you to give her good advice and replacing all breakers not good advice. She doesn't need your warranty and will accept your $300 refund for it. 1 circuit breaker for $475 really?

He did not perform work as quoted.I was quoted over the phone of a new breaker installation of $250.00 in my control box. When I got home from work, he removed my old breaker, set in a USED breaker & left the wire isolated. I called him to complain & to come back and finish the work and he told me he did what was quoted. I qualified electrican would not set the breaker in the box without it being isolated. Also, before the work was done, he verbally told me that he has a 1 year warranty but he did not document this on the receipt. I asked him for a refund because the work was not done in full and he hung up on me. Also the address on the receipt is different than his physical business address. I tried to look up his license number #XXXXXX, but could not find it. Not sure if he is a legitimate company?Desired SettlementI am requesting that he bring back my original breaker that was in my control box and return my $250.00. I will then give him back his USED breaker. Review: Matthew Electric responded to my mothers service call for electric work. She had a circuit breaker that needed replacing. They told her that all the circuit breakers needed to be replaced not just 1. They charged her $1000.00 dollars to replace all circuit breakers. He replaced 14 circuit breakers, 13 of which she didn't need. My mother is 87 years old and deaf. The repair took 1 hour. The parts cost maybe $150. When I called to complain about the bill, the owner admitted he over charged her and offered to send her $300.00.Desired Settlement: $500.00 refund.
