I am rejecting this response because there was no resolution provided by the *** *** Branch in *** *** proceeded to tell me he would provide me the document if I paid for months I wasn't charged for in the pastHowever my bank records indicate that the payment was pulled from my account as scheduled July, August, and September I told him no, we will have to discuss this at a later time, he then proceeded to send me new policy documents, making unauthorized changes to my policyThe *** provided disposition on my hearing and found *** *** at fault for the discrepancyI have not received a written apologyI will never again work with *** ***, I anticipate an additional complaint about the cancellation of my policy which I requested yesterday 3-17-with the after hours customer service lineI have taken my business elsewhere, there was no resolution on their behalf that I will accept
