I am rejecting this response because: 
My response to [redacted]'s misleading statement it is most untrue. I responded almost immediately once the concept was created signing off and telling [redacted] to continue. Getting a response back from [redacted] as to the status of the site from then on was difficult at best with times of two weeks at most going by without any response to our inquires. Multiple phone call records without a response, unanswered text message records, and email records will clearly show his flagrant lack of communication up to two weeks past our agreed upon deadline in the contact we both signed. I am more than happy to provide any of this to you to end this game of who said what because I am more interested in making sure other businesses do not go through the frustration of being lied to and stolen from as I was.
