Horrible business. The worst I have experienced. They are terrible at returning calls, communicating with clients, and take a very long time to get anything done. Three months and counting and I still cannot get my duplex fixed. Very disappointing

Matthews appraisal was chosen to handle a claim for Philadelphia insurance on a car we repaired. We submitted supplements to them and they sent us back their revised supplements, but then they never sent them onto the insurance company. Months have gone by with us trying to resolve this matter, which involved us being short about $2000 for our repair. Dozens of phone calls by us and Philadelphia insurance were unreturned, with Philadelphia finally deciding to approve our supplements themselves (Philadelphia was very helpful.) I don't even know if this business still exists as they have not returned dozens of phone calls. Please save yourself a headache and time by hiring an appraisal company that actually does their job. Worst people I've ever dealt with.
