Review: My fiance found her wedding dress from 'Bridal Tuxedo Shop' in Astro Plaza in Newark, Delaware and started making payments on it. Just before paying it off, they told her they were going out of business and my tuxedo was still going to be free, but the owner would send everyone's information to Matthew's Formal Wear & Tailors. I drove 2 hours with a friend just to get fitted for my tuxedo at Matthew's and was told that it would still be free, but I'd have to pay a $16 fee ($6 for a damage waiver and $10 would be refunded). A few months later I call to pay that $16 fee and to get the price of my groomsmen's tux's and the owner (same person who told me it would be free) says it's not going to be free and I have to pay full price. She told me she would take the price down to $89 + what ever my shoes would be and I told her no, because she went back on her word.Desired Settlement: My tuxedo should still be free (I will pay the $16 fee) and my guys still only pay $150.99.
