I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I have paid ***. I have a zero balance. In addition, NO money was collected or taken from any parents. These were my orders. This is a HORRIBLE accusation and an attack on my character. After doing research I found this is a bottom feeder collection agency and have paid *** Directly.
Secondly - I DID have to STOP payment. Calls were ignored. It is NOT true they were not going to accept checks.
I am formally asking ALL attempts to contact me be stopped

to our client. When we contacted [redacted], she  claimed she was not paid a salary for several months due to a position change at the state and she now no longer had the monies to remit to our client. Our representative structured nominal payments for [redacted] which did not seem to work either. [redacted] provided multiple checks written on different bank accounts and also provided an invalid account number which resulted in returned checks. There was no need for [redacted] to incur a stop-payment fee of $15, since we were no longer accepting her personal checks for the center’s account. It should also be noted that [redacted] has made only limited restitution to date, in the amount of $37.26. We have been working with her since January 14, 2014 to resolve the remaining  $100 balance but she continues to make broken promises and avoid the center’s obligation.

This is in fact not true. I still have yet to receive a full listing of all payments posted as well as the correct posting of credits from BookTrust. I in fact had to call Scholastic myself to get a detailed accounting and was told to contact Booktrust. I have yet to get this report. To say that I left my former employee with the balance due is a complete fabrication. I still work for the same employer and have been with the same employer going on ten years! This company is not being honest!
Regards,

Review: I had given permission to withdraw the payment in 3 steps. They withdrew the money a week early without my authorization.Desired Settlement: I have now been fined $15 for a stop payment. I want this credited back to me. They did NOT have permission to take money on 9/9/2014.

Hi [redacted],

Aloha,

We provided [redacted] with a copy of her statement, which clearly showed her that the credits were indeed reflecting on her current balance. I can furnish a copy of the original email, if necessary. We went back to our client to gain approval to accept one-half of the balance as settlement, per Mr. Hess’s request. [redacted] failed to make this payment as promised and we discontinued contacting her when it became clear she had an invalid dispute and just did not want to pay the debt. [redacted] was upset that we were advised by her former school employer of her new employment whereabouts, since it appears she left the prior employer with this open balance. Once she requested we not call her at the school’s number but on her cell instead, we did honor that request.

Please let me know if you need any additional information and thank you for your assistance.
