Review: 1. On Aug 19-20, 2015 I purchased tires for my daughter's car, at the [redacted]. Upon picking up car I was not given a packet about the tires purchased to include a written manufacturer's warranty.

2. On both Aug 19 and 20 the car was removed/missing (for a minimum of 2 hours) from the [redacted] location and used for company business, without my permission.

I sent emails to [redacted] Aug 20, 21 and Sep 8. On Aug 24 I spoke to [redacted]. He promised to mail a packet of info and warranty to me. Also, he claimed the car never left the [redacted] location. I know this is a lie, because on Aug 19 I drove by the location 3 times over a 3 hour period of time and observed that the car was not on site.

To date I have not received the info nor has [redacted] made any attempt to contact me.
