Talked to *** *** - this response was taken verbally over the phone to*** staff
I'm going to go line by line and address the customer's issues
The wall in the house - customer was onsite during the painting of this and his wife also told me she was fine with, and would repaint
herself if she didn't like it
Customer was present while the trim was being painted, and I know the doors have been painted because I personally painted them
***, the carpet installer has already been out there*** stood there while *** was looking for this one little spot that didn't get stretchedTo my knowledge it has been done to customer's satisfaction(this pertains to the carpet not going wall to wall) - *** went ahead and re-stretched the spot underneath the baseboard which was a 4" wide, 1/inch away from the baseboard spot
Drywall issue - the customers saw this and were onsite doing inspections during the course of this job
Shower door rails to short - they are not supposed to touch the walls and it was approved before of my employees left the house that dayFurther, my company has yet to be paid for this door
Outside light issue - They passed electrical inspection from the *** *** inspector - there isn't anything w***g with those lights
Door handle issue - Customers supplied the door handle and watched me put in and said it was fine
Exterior doors/Interior doors - all doors worked when I handled the keys overI'm sure this is a settling issue which I am not responsible for, per contract
Floor splitting apart issue - *** *** has deemed this is not an install issue*** *** does not feel this is a mfgissue and feels something has happened to that section of that floor since moving inI have gone out of my way to get this approved by the mfg., however the mfg. will not approve
When the ***'s have had any problem that is my company's responsibility, I make needed repairs
