This is the worst experience I've ever had with a plumber. Hist name was Robert. First, he arrived 3 hours after Precision Plumbing's staff said he would. Then, he didn't listen to us when we told him the toilet was clogged, so he carelessly flushed it and it almost overflowed all over the floor - if my mom didn't scream at him to stop it from continuing to flush, it would have overflowed. Then, Robert "cleaned" the toilet snaking device in my shower, so my shower is now covered in parasite-ridden, bacteria-ridden poop water. Then, he argued and yelled at me and my mom when she told him not to keep doing that. Furthermore, he still hasn't admitted to any wrongdoing about any of this... Robert's bad attitude, poor workmanship, and lack of ethics is morally disgusting and exactly what you can expect from Precision Plumbing regardless of whom they send to your home. STAY AWAY FROM PRECISION PLUMBING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
