have sent, we have received only a handful of calls requesting information on how we obtained their name in almost years.There hasn't been a single week where we don't at least get a complimentary letter thanking us for the photos and for letting the family know about our Services.In the past, we've dealt with many familiesThere are times when all members don't agree on using usBut, we've found that the family member who protested the most, usually ended up appreciating the photos the mostI have checked with my staff as to what happenedI was told by the first person you spoke to that you used the "f” word and my employee hung upThen, on your second call, you spoke to a different employee and she told me that you used abusive languageShe also was offended and hung upOn your third call, you were speaking with the person from your first callShe told you "she didn't appreciate your vulgar use of language” and then listened to what you had to sayMy employee also said that you did apologize for your languageAgain, I am sorry if you found our literature offensiveFortunately, most people recognize the value of having their familys funeral recorded for future generations.May I humbly suggest that you do what I do with unwanted promotional materials receive in the mail that I am not interested in just toss it.To answer your question, how did we get your nameWe found it on the internet from several on-line resources.Warm regards
