Canyon Vista Dental Care has an absolutely inefficient billing departmentI was seen in July at which time I paid my bill in full, due to the fact that my primary care medical office did not submit the required paperwork for the authorization of the oral applianceRather than reschedule and wait for authorizaiton, I decided to pay $*** in full and proceed that day with the appliance and with the understanding that Canyon Vista Dental Care would file the insurance for my reimbursementCVDC misfiled and the claim was rejectedOver the next months CVDC made errors too numerous to count, and I made phone calls to CVDC, Medicare, Noridian (who handles Medicare appeals), and American Continental Insurance (my Plan F supplement) too numerous to countIn November I did receive a check for partial paymentBut now, one month and yet another trip to their office later, CVDC has yet to indicate when they will pay the remaining $*** to meI did my partI paid in full in JulyThe inefficiency of CVDC billing department is not my responsibility or anything I have control over
