Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2016/09/24) */ [redacted] received merchandise from our store back in the Feb The customer came to us looking for genuine leather furniture due to a skin issue she stated she had, we let her know that one of our suppliers named Corinthian had such furniture in the style she desired, and once it became available for us to offer we would take her and her family to the warehouse to inspect and use the furniture to be sure it is what she was looking for Once it became available myself the owner took the customer to the supplier's warehouse as they had it on the showroom floor to be shown to folks interested in carrying it in their stores, the customer was able to feel sit and see each pc of the furniture she was interested in, and stated this is exactly what she was looking for, and at a much better price than she had found elsewhereWe then proceeded to set up and deliver said sofa set to customer's home, a while later the customer called stating that she thought that the sofa may have a warranty issue, it was explained to her that if that is the case we would need to pick up her sofa and get it to the manufacture and they would inspect and take care of any issue with zero cost to the customerShe stated she needed something to sit on in the meantime, we explained to her that we had no genuine leather to loan her and she felt that a bonded leather sofa we had on the showroom floor would suffice for the short period of timeDuring these conversations there was never any raising of voices or cussing at anyone by either party as stated in the complaint as we and her being a Pastor and sure she is would not speak like the complaint says she was spoken to no customer or people in general are spoken to like that so where this comes from is new and sad to be seen being used as part of a baseless complaint As far as the note and attachments of the merchandise being of genuine leather even the customer sent you proof of it being so as this is an item that is easy to look up that any and all parts of the sofa, love and recliner that touches human skin is genuine Italian leather as shown on the tags the customer sent in with this complaintAfter the customer warranty issue was finished we completed the delivery of repaired sofa to customer had them inspect it and give a thumbs up before our drivers we to leave the homeThis was completed After this was completed nothing else was ever brought up to the store or to myself personally until the receipt of this complaintConsidering we have done exactly what the customer wanted and what she paid for we cannot be held responsible for a health issue the customer may haveWe wish her well and hope whatever may have caused her skin issue is fixed, but per the customer she had to have genuine leather and she received exactly what she picked out and sat on and inspected in detail with help of her family prior to purchase Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 8, 2016/09/27) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I HAV NO REASON TO LIE , I DEALTH WITH CALLING THE THE STOE 2/27/CHAIR AND SOFA NOT PICKED UP UNTIL JUNE BECAUSE OF SCHEDULEI AND MY SISTER FRIEND CAME IN THE STORE AND SPOKE TO DAVID IN REFENCE TO THIS ISSUE I DID NOT SAY YOU WERE CUSSING YOU SAID ONE WORD AND I KNOW FROM THAT ,THAT YOU WOULD NOT STAND BY YOUR PRODUCTS WHICH YOU SELL AND YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT THIS FURNITURE IS COUNTERFEIT THE LADY LONG BLACK HAIR AS I WAS TALKING TO YOU CHIMED IN TO SAY YOU HAD SOLD HUNDREDS WITH NO PROBLEM, WHICH IS TRUE IF THEY DO NOT HAVE ALLERGIES TO METAL THAT WILL NOT KNOW THAT THEY WERE SOLD VINYL THE SEAT PART BACK ARM ARE ALL VINYL NO MENTION ABOUT THE GENTLEMAN THAT HS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR YEARS YOU HAVE HIS INFORMATION I PICKED OUT WHAT YOU SAID WAS LEATHER TO TOUCH WHICH IS NOT TRUEAGAIN LETS GET IT TESTED IN FRONT OF SOMEONE THAT IS HONEST, THAT EITHER OF US KNOWTHAT THIS ISSUE CAN BE RESOLVEDOH YOU ID SAY NO REFUND,WHICH I AGREE IF I WAS SOLD THE REAL THING INSTEAD OF COUNTERFEIT I TRUSTED DAVID AND SAID TO HIM ON SEVERAL OCCASSIONS ITS REAL RIGHT AND I WAS ASSURED EACH TIME IT WAS REALDURING THE TIME MY CHAIR AND SOFA WAS GONE I SIT IN A DI WOULD END THE CONVERSATION BEFORE IT GOT INING ROOM CHAIR AND ON THE FLOOR IN OUR LIVING ROOMISAT IN BABYDOLL PJS WENT TO SLEEP ENDED UP WITH RASH IN PLACES AS NEVER BEFORE I TRUSTED HIM THATS WHY I SAT ON IT BELEIVING IT WAS REAL, BUT IT IS COUNTERFEIT I WANT DAVID TO PICK UP THIS FURNITURE AND GIVE US OUR MONEY BACKGET IT TESTED AND YOU WILL SEE ITS NOT REAL NO MATTER WHAT THE TAGS SAYS REAL PS HIS TONE WAS RUDE AND SHORT WHAT SEEMS TO HIM IS RUDE TO MEI ENED THE CONVERSTION ON SEVERAL OCCASSION BEFORE IT WENT OT FARGET THIS FURNITURE TESTED PLEASE THANK YOU [redacted]
