Thank you for the email we really appreciate it. This customer sent us a text message and we did not respond as fast as she would have liked which was only a few hours. In that time is when she contacted you but we did contact her prior to receiving your letter and was in works with her
on getting a replacement mattress. The set she purchased from us does come with a year factory warranty and it will be no problem to replace that same mattress, but she came into our shop and actually picked out a different set that is a bit firmer for her than the one she originally purchased and we are more than happy to swap that out for her as soon as this comes in. Her original replacement did come in this week, the new set she ended up picking out also comes with a year warranty and has been ordered. I expect it to be here by next week. I have kept in contact with her so she knows that our customers happiness is most important to us and that is how we grow our business.I apologize for the delay I went on a business trip out of the country and just returned today, I also gave her a heads up that I was leaving town for a few days but would contact her as soon as I get back.Thank you,Ryan
