BAD MATTRESS.
I purchase a mattress about 2 years ago within 6 months of sleeping on the mattress it became defective and it started hurting my back, I have been contacting the company since october of last year and was told someone will get back to me I am still waiting 8 months later. My back hurts every morning I get up I even explain this to customer service on every call every call, no one seems to care. If this continues I have to see a doctor about my back, because it is geting worst.

I called to find out about a twin mattress, asked what brand they have was told whatever comes off the truck, asked about the price I was told 4140 for a twin economy, asked what economy meant and stated ikea has then starting at $140 as well, where is the advertised 50-80% discount, She said then go to ikea, she ended the call by hanging up on me. Will Not give this scam my business.

Went to Mattress by Appointment in Mesquite, Tx. They were a lot more expensive than advertised. Still decided to purchase one. I was told the prices after he had my info. I was rushed towards the end because a couple was waiting in the heat for their appointment. Never was told "All Sales Final/No returns". The bed I received doesnt feel like the bed I chose. The Mattress Guy wont respond to me. Had the bed a few days. Financing company Westcreek Financial will charge me over $500 to return the bed and close my account. None of this was mentioned. This doesnt seem right at all.

Mr [redacted] refused to pick up his bed after he made an agreement to do so after the bed was transported to our yeagertown location for FREE!! Mr [redacted] then cancelled his order thru [redacted] and was not charged by [redacted] for the mattress setMr [redacted] wanted his application fee returned to him and we informed him that [redacted] charges the application fee NOT matress by appointment and that he should contact [redacted] for a refundPlease set up our locations for email contact for any future disputes thank youScott D***Owner

Mattress By Appointment is a licensor, with our Corporate Office in Greenville, SC. We have licensees throughout the United States, who we have taught through our proven business model how to own/operate a retail mattress business, selling mattresses to consumers by appointment. We
protect our IP, and Trade Secrets through a series of legally binding confidentilaity agreements, as well as a territory agreement. MrC*** reserved a territory online for $299, which violated an existing dealers territory, as we offer a straightline protected area of miles in between Mattress By Appointment locationsBecause of this, our manager responsible for Pennsylvania; D*** B*** called MrC*** and offered him suggestions of where he could open and not violate another dealers territory. MrC*** is asking Mattress By Appintment to release him from legal contracts, so he can open in a city, which we have previously denied as it would violate an existing MBA dealer. We have and will continue to offer MrC*** assistance in finding an approved location, but in no way are legally, morally, or ethically obligated to provide him a release from the legal docs he has executed. He has asked for a refund of his $deposit, which per the agreement, we are only obligated to return $200, but again this request doesn’t release MrC*** from his legal obligations. K***, I am rejecting this response because the fact still remains that I was given a territory in which I can't do business inIf they would of notified me that the territory I requested would not of worked I never would of proceeded in this ventureSeems to me that this is just a tactic to get people into their business and then forcing them into areas where they didn't request in the first place. Secondly I never made any comment about starting a business on my own

Not a customer of yours and don't plan on being one
FYI, if all sales are final, signs need to be posted in your business where customers can plainly see them, NOT ON THE SALES RECEIPT AFTER THE FACT! If a customer wanted to take you to Small Claims Court, they'd win on that fact alone! I'm not a customer of yours and don't plan on being one.

Concerning original complaint, I requested *** PaThe other locations that they want me to accept were to far away from my homeIf I wanted those locations That's what I would of asked forThey gave me *** before I ever even talked to anyone from the companyIt was only after I started looking for suitable locations that I was informed that they were to close to other dealersThey never should of given me an area where I didn't even have a chance to openBecause I couldn't open I never placed an order with them, I was never approved for any location in the area I was awarded and because of this I never was even able to access the back office of the dealer websiteThe only information that I ever saw was the same as every other person can seeThey have approved my refund but I have no desire to open any MBA store or do business at all with this companyI am requesting that they release me from any and all contracts because I cannot open in the area that I had requested and was given

I purchased a Queen Cq foam set from a local dealer in Daytona beach location. The bed tested in the show room and the bed delivered to my house were two different sets. When I called with my complaint, Mr. Wade weeks informed me my mattress should be 8-9 inches thick. However the one I have is 5.5 inches thick. He told me that the only thing he could do is go through warranty, but because its past the thirty days there is nothing he can do for me. My biggest issue is the fraud that he betrayed while showing the one in the show room, and delivering a different mattress. I am sorry but no one in their right mind would purchases a 5.5 inch mattress, and out of excitement I failed to realize this upon delivery. Please don't be like me and look into your local dealer. Now I am stuck with the incorrect mattress and the bill and there is no one to contact besides the fraudulent dealer who will not work with me.

You should have paid with a Credit Card and disputed it within 60 days. You would have gotten your money back for sure.

The original complaint, nor the follow up doesn’t change our position. We cant allow this person to open within 15 miles of one of our existing dealers. This is in our contract. He has executed one of our confidentiality agreements, and has received confidential information about the company. Here is the bid for the job. There was never a mention of drains be installed but we did it anyway. We graded the yard to correct the drainage to get water away from the house. We installed a 4" PVC pipe going to the gutter at the direction of his family members as he was out of town. The pipe had...

to run in the front yard next to a large tree. We dug up tree roots for several hours in the mud. Since we did spend all the effort installing the pipe and digging thru the roots, the family members (I believe it was his nephew) said they would handle the rest.

Review: We purchase a King mattress set with them on 3/12/2016 with the promise it would be delivered on 3/17/2016. We received 1 message on facebook saying it was lost on a shipment. We called, text, and messaged on facebook to see if she had an estimated delivery date and she ignored them all. After 2 days of been ignored and having to threaten court we received a hateful message of her telling us "to get the puke of her page" meaning our reviews on her business. She then threatened a lawsuit for the bad reviews.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of our money.

Review: We paid 1/2 (210.00$) on a mattress on 3/12/16 & never received mattress. Called & no one would answer so used a different phone & [redacted] (person we paid) answered & stated we can't have our money back because our receipt said no refunds but I've called local police department & they said it's not considered a refund if we haven't even received the mattress. I am not the only person she has done this to (on her Facebook page others are going thru the same thing) I really think someone needs to check this out because people work hard for their money & this isn't right.Desired Settlement: My mattress or my money!
