ms *** did have a problem with her first mattress set and we offered her an even exchange or the opportunity to upgrade, which she didshe is again having a problem with the replacementafter the inspection was made we needed to be in touch with our*** factory rep who approves all warranty
claimsthe manufacturer honors the warranty, which states a replacement is offered at equal or greater valueour manager met with her yesterday and she agreed uopn a free additional upgrade and an extra support for her bed frame at no chargealso, they agreed if it happens again, she will get a refundwe are ordering the replacement set and will call her within weeks to make the exchange

Review: I purchased a box spring and mattress from this store and after approx. 3 months or less both the box spring and mattress were defective. After contacting the store I spoke with [redacted] who send me out papers to fill out and send back determining the problem of the mattress and box spring. Then she told me she would send out her drivers to inspect the mattress and box spring who determined that they were defective. [redacted] then told me that I could upgrade my set for 150.00 more and get the gel so I did. Upon the same 2 drivers that determined the damage, they delivered my 2nd set of mattress and box and I gave them 150.00 in cash. After another approx. 3 months went by with the 2nd set, this to was defective. When I called and got [redacted] again, she send out the same driver with a different one with him to tell me that the mattress was no good. I asked [redacted] who was the driver why does this keep happening and he replied that it is the luck of the draw. I called the store on 10/21/14 at 10:30am when I didn't hear from them and [redacted] who I spoke to said that she would have to speak with her manager and that they would probably give me a free upgrade or another set. I told her I want my money back and she said that her manager would not do that . I told her that is what I want and not another set.[redacted] was not a nice person and would not listen to anything I had to say. She was very sure that I would not get my money back so I really need your help in getting my money back so I can go some where else and purchase a new mattress and box spring from a more repedable company. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back.
