We just made our second purchase from this company,our first purchase was weeks ago and it was a great experience,so we went back for something else...when shopping at this store it really shows that they are a family business sincerely caring about what works for " your home"...and not to forget the delivery guys,,I can only say AWESOME!!! ....very careful efficient and politeI'd recommend you don't buy anything til you at least visit mattress depot..they sell furniture tooGREAT PLACE,GREAT PEOPLE,GREAT PRODUCTS

To Whom it may concern, In response to complaint ID [redacted] , the customer financed their merchandise through a financing company on 3/3/17. Attached is the signed customer sales receipt showing delivery to be 03/8/17 which is on a Wednesday, not Monday as the customer states. Our delivery... drivers arrived timely at the customer's home and there they refused the merchandise. The customers then called the st ore stating they wanted to cancel. My store representative explained our all sales final, no refund policy the second time because first is always at the time of transaction. The customers were furious and called into corporate office where they were told the same thing. We referred them to the financing company because they're still able to cancel with the financing company but as soon as everything is signed off, there's nothing that Mattress Depot can do. The customers contacted the sales rep,. again stating that the corporate office gave them clearance, false statement. Our invoices, sales receipt, credit card receipts all state "all sales are final. No refunds." We stand by that because we have to order product and do not keep any in stock at the physical location. The financing company will make call attempts to contact the customer so I do not see how the customer did nit know they were being financed. Thank you, Mattress Depot

Review: Mattress depot USA sold me a mattress. I took it home and was not happy with it. I called them the very next day to let them know I was unhappy and wanted to return it. He said they don't give refunds that I can exchange it. Well they have nothing of its kind in stock. I went to wrap the mattress back up to take back and noticed the tag was marked 2nd hand. They sold me a used mattress without disclosing and still refuse to give me a refund. I don't want anything from a store that practices business like that. I just want my $162.45 back and the used mattress out of my house!Desired Settlement: I want my $162.45 back so I can get my little girl her bed.
