type of situation.  I'm the operations manager and work out of a different location. It is my understanding that the money was refunded to Mrs. [redacted] on May 12th, 2017 in cash sometime around noon in cash and this problem it's been taking care off. In our defense I should say that it is our store policy No cash refund store credit only. I have attached a copy of our sales receipt so you can see that is written in our receipt in big bolt letters. It will never be our intention to take advantage of our customers, We run a serious business and proof of it is our facebook reviews and google reviews. If there's anything else you need please let me know and I'll be more than happy to answer any questions.
