I am rejecting this response because: 1) I did not receive the product that I ordered (I ordered an XL-Twin mattress and I received a regular twin mattress)2) I did not receive the product within the agreed deadline (of two days, which is when I was told I would receive it).3) When I requested a refund at the time when the business missed the two-day time-frame within which they said they would have the product ready, the company manager offered a regular size twin mattress as a temporary solution, which I refused.4) They did not meet even the second deadline that they said they would meet (in two more days), but instead tricked me by giving me an incorrect mattress size, which they took back and offered to process a refund in case that I would comply with their request to leave the only receipts that I had obtained from them for the money I paid.5) The no refund policy is not applicable because I did not receive the product on the first place; the company did not have the product ready when they said that they would; and, finally, the company was dishonest in further dealings and disrespectful during hour phone calls, trying to make me either wait for the right product or allegedly get reimbursed for the money I paid if I left the receipt with them
6) As a proof that I returned the incorrect mattress, I have a return statement signed by the company's associate

Review: I responded to a dealer ad on Craigslist which advertised new twin sized mattresses for $79.00When I went to the store they said they did not have anything for $79, took me in the back and showed me a dark blue mattress with brown flowers, said it was formerly a display model that I could purchased for 65.00 as it was a clearance item. I confirmed it was not used and was assured it was new but had been on display. I paid for the item plus 45.00 for delivery. I was told it would arrive after 7pm. The delivery came at 9:45pm and was not the mattress I had purchased. The mattress delivered was old and clearly used. A Simmons Beautyrest Atlantis exclusively for [redacted] (per the label). I went back to the store to advise that I had been delivered the incorrect product. The manager [redacted] said he had plenty of mattresses to choose from how much more do I want to pay? To get any type of resolution, I ended up paying another 22.00 for the same thing I was supposed to get in the first place. Now however he said I must bring in old mattress and pick up the new mattress. Although it was their error, he says I paid for delivery of a mattress and he delivered a mattress. He will not deliver anotherDesired Settlement: I want the mattress I paid for delivered and for them to pick up the mattress delivered in error. Or I want them to pick up the mattress delivered in error and a full refund

A new mattress was delivered to me on May 11th 2013. This resolves the matter to my satisfaction. Thank you for your assistance.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
