Used Mattress
The sales person (Andy) was fast talking the entire time my mother and I were bed shopping. At no point did I or my mother heard him say that he would be providing me a used bed. I would have NEVER purchased a used mattress because it's used for a reason. I have been diagnosed with a degenerative spine condition and I was looking for the best bed to relieve the pressure off my spine. At the time of trying the bed in the store, it felt comfortable. Clearly, it was not the bed I received. In fact, the salesperson kept saying I can bring the bed back if it is within three months and I don't like it. That was the main reason for me purchasing the bed (I had the option of bringing it back). I was never given a receipt because the salesperson forgot to give it to me and I would have noticed that the receipt said no return. He gave me literature and said it would be on my credit card statement. I didn't notice I was without a receipt until two weeks later when I wanted to exchange the mattress for perhaps something else. The bed seem to have been making my back worse. When requested a copy of the receipt I wanted to cry because I was stuck with a bed that said final sale and clearance. The salesperson NEVER said that to me this is the final sale. I am stuck with a bed that is making my back worse because it was already a defected bed. I would not recommend anyone to Mattress Firm. I purchased a clearance / used bed over 4300.00. I am sicken by this entire experience.

BUYER BEWARE! SCAM ALERT!
I purchased a floor model infinity massage chair from mattress firm and was told upon purchase that the as-is purchase was strictly for cosmetic damage or scratches and was sold an extended warranty to ensure I wasn’t getting stuck with a broken product. The salesman told me the chair would be cleaned before shipping (lie), told me a representative would come to the house to walk me through the many functions of the chair (lie) and fully inspected for proper functioning before being shipped (LIE!). I fought with this company for months to take the chair back due to their misrepresentation and the fact that the chair does not function properly and needs a new motor. They basically told me we have your money, had a REALLY nasty attitude over the phone and to shove it! In the meantime, I have been in contact with the manufacturer MULTIPLE times and have had a tech out to my home TWICE with the wrong part being shipped multiple times and another day of lost work for me and food off my table! 9 months this circus has been going on...
You’d think I’m good faith that this company would just suck it up and return my money at this point as first requested! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY BUSINESS!
