Bought a Stearns and Foster mattress from saletman Damian Morton when we went to ring up the mattress he did not have the S&F pillow top mattress I wanted and said he would sale me a upgraded S&F for the same price this was a Firm mattress he promised it would be just as comfortable I bought the mattress 0n 02/04/the mattress is already sagging/dipping as compared to my last mattress bought from Foleys lasted for 12yrs before it begin to sag or dip this could be a health issue because it hurts my back to sleep on.after going back and forth with store manager then distric Mgr.whose name is Kevin M.said he would deliver me another mattress for a discount price for $DOLLARS this one I selected from showroom but when delivered a week later 07/28/the deliver guy went over with a flash lite and said he could not p/u because of spots I called mattress firm the person that answerd said to clean w/alcohol I did.mattress was redelivered on 08/10/again the delivery guy went over
