I purchased a number mattress on 12/13/2018. After sleeping in the bed it was soft for a mattress that was supposed to be firm. The problem is that the mattress moves from the headboard down to the foot of the bed. The pillars fall between bed and headboard. I purchased this bed because I have cancer, Multiple Myeloma and myeloma in my rib will not let me lay flat. I spoke with *** and told him that the bed was not helpful to me and that either the base or the mattress is defective. They came out and said it was because of my hardwood floors but they could put pad on legs and that would fix it. It did not. They have been back out four other times and admits that something is off but have not fixed or changed base and mattress.

In regards to our customer, ***, we have made several attempts to help resolve her concerns. Mattresses that we sell have a 120 night comfort guarantee to ensure that customers have ample time to decide if the comfort level chosen is right for them. If it happens to not be, a re selection can be made or the customer can be refunded (adjustable bases are not returnable). Where the adjustable base is concerned, we were informed that it was "sliding". We purchased some anti skid covers to put on the bottoms of the legs of the base to prevent this at $0 charge for the service call and the covers. We were informed that the bed (Headboard, Foot board, Rails) were "sliding". Once again, we purchased the anti skid feet covers and set up a time to install them at $0 charge to Ms.. We were then informed that the height of the base was not satisfactory. We ordered a set of 3" Extensions to install on the 9" stock legs to make them a total height of 12". These sell for $59 per set normally, but we ordered them and installed them at $0 charge to Ms..
We were then informed that Ms. pillows were sliding in between her mattress and headboard. We set up a time to take a look to see if we could see a solution and we cannot. The products that we sold are working exactly how they are supposed to. We did not sell the bed to Ms. and do not know its specifications/dimensions of it. We also cannot help what kind of surface is in the customer's home. These are things that we ,unfortunately, have no control over. I have attached our service orders with notes for reference.
