Regarding this
customers complaint/problem, No mattress company in the USA, including this
manufacturer, the [redacted], have a warranty that covers comfortability of any
mattress they manufacture(I have highlighted this on their warranty,
enclosed)
Unless a customer
pays an extremely high price to any retailer, for a COMFORT TEST, with very
specific requirements, i.e30, 60, days to return a mattress purchase, and
normally buying a more expensive mattress set, there are no guaranteed
comfortability warranties that I know of in this industryI have owned
mattress factories, so I have a better working knowledge of the mattress
industry than mostI also along with
my wife have slept on this exact mattress set ([redacted]) for over years,
and as of today it still looks the same as the day I brought this set home, and
I weight approx lbsWe love this mattress setI look at weight and talk
to customers, trying to get
them, many times,
to buy a firmer mattress, when more weight is involved, so they get better back
support and a longer lasting mattress set and the comfort they feel is best for
themI am sorry this customer no longer likes her setMattress and
Furniture Express LLC, always try's 110% to sell the highest quality mattresses
at the lowest pricesWe value all of our customers and are saddened when we do
not live up to our customers expectationsWe have a large number of repeat
customers
