[redacted] I hope I'm not to late in writing an actual responseI did speak to a representative from Revdex.com as soon as I received this letterI want to state that I stand firm with my contract which parents sign for team and financial commitmentI do suffer penalties when I cancel accounts off the auto withdrawal I have all my customers sign a contract to pay for one year and this parent complaining signed the contractIf it is best just to collect my penalty fee of $and cancel the remainder of the year I am okay to do thisI feel the is the best decision for both parties I can send a copy of contract if needed Please advise on next steps Respectfully, [redacted] Premier Cheer

I have spoken to my bank and they recommended I get something in writing showing that Premier Cheer has been able to take my account off the ACH withdrawalAccording to their records Premier tried to pull money on 12/and 12/The bank did put stop payment on this and funds were not given to Premier CheerIs it possible to get this in writing for my records and my bank?Also, I was told in October my payment would be stopped for November and this was not done, I would like the fee's charged returned to me as Premier was already in agreement to stop the ACH withdrawal? I understand she said we signed a contract however after looking at my records I do not have this contract, I would also like a copy of the contract.Thank you for your time

The contract states a restocking fee with the understanding the appliances left the business premisesI.E., The washer & dryer leaving their store and entering my homeThe appliances never left their locationI terminated the contract within hours of signing it, without ever picking up the merchandiseMy bank could not get involved further due to me signed the receipt and approving the transactionThe owner liedHe told my banker that the merchandise was deliveredIt was notIt never left their storeTherefore, a refund should be owed to meThe lie did not help or matter, due to me giving them permission

If it is best just to collect my penalty fee of $250 and cancel the remainder of the year I am okay to do this. Mr. [redacted] filed a complaint about
customer service issues. After further investigation into this matter the
details from our sales staff are as follows:Mr. [redacted] came into the store posing as a "new customer" He
walked to the section In our  store with
our.sofa and love seats. Mr. [redacted],...

salesman, greeted  Mr. [redacted] who did  not 
identify himself as a previous customer asked Mr. [redacted] about the
warranties o·n sofa/ loves. Mr.[redacted] stated  he thought all sofa and  love seats have a 90-day warranty.  Mr. [redacted] states that he left Mr. [redacted] to
confirm this information with the Store Manager or owner. Mr. [redacted]
encountered the Store owner and confirmed the information to be true. Mr. [redacted]
then left the store, never asking to see the store manager on:onfronting Mr.
[redacted] with his previous sales receipt to inform Mr. [redacted] that he had an
issue with a sofa love seat that he purchased on January 28, 2017.Mr. [redacted] filled a 1 star google review
the next day. In our rebuttal to that review we asked Mr. [redacted] to contact us
at the store because we could not find him as a customer. He never called nor
responded to the review. Once we received the letter from the Revdex.com we did some
more research and found out that the sales ticket was under a family members
name. With the information that the Revdex.com gave me I was able to
call and speak to Mr, [redacted] on the telephone.He gave me his side of the story. In
his story, he stated that he walked back to the 
sofa and love seats and went directly to the exact set  that he has in his home.  I then gave him our.side of the story. We concluded
that all sofa love seats are a 90-day warranty and that his purchase was in
January and it is now September so unfortunately there was nothing our store
could do. After the conversation was over and hung up the phone I did some
further research. We no longer have this sofa and love seat on
ourfloor or in our inventory, therefore Mr. [redacted] could not have walked to the
exact set that he has in his home.We are very sorry that we couldnot help Mr. [redacted] in this situation but a !:JO-daywarranty was in effect and
the time and did not warrant an exchange.If
