I just wanted to thank you for helping me with this situation I also wanted to let you know that I received a call from *** (owner of Famous Name Brand) a few minutes ago. I feel like if I had spoken with *** the first initial time
we could have worked this out. *** was very friendly and courteous. She has given me the $dollar in store credit. I hope this email will reflect as a positive for Famous Name Brand Shoes because I would not want to scar their record since all efforts were made to make things right. I’ll continue to remain a customer with this company

I have been a customer of Carlos Car Care Center for many years. I became a widow almost 9 years ago and had to rely on Carlos for all my car needs. I have had great service and feel I have been treated fairly. When I call with a problem he always works me in , in a timely manner. I would not go anywhere else for car service and I have recommended him to all my friends.

Read the fine print on the order form. They will give you a 30 day trial for the cost of shipping with a 15 day suspense to tell them if you want to continue with further deliveries. Based on the number of days to ship you will have 5-7 days to decide if you want to continue receiving the product. Based on the product description there is no way you can make an informed decision before thy hit you with full charge order and send it to you.
