Mattress Man of Arizona

[redacted], the store manager is unqualified and has poor people skills. He also lied to me and the finance company about my loan. I have asked to speak to the owner, [redacted] several times with no return calls. They deliver a dresser to my residence that I did not order or is on my financial loan agreement. They also deliver it when I was not home and made an an appointment for a different day. He called my phone when I was out of town 100s times while I was working I finally answered the phone, and he started yelling at me saying that he was going to deliver the dresser between 4 and 8 pm. I told him not to do that as I was not home. He continued to yell at me and call me names and said you best hope some one is home to receive it.
My daughter arrived home at 6:20 pm roughly, and said a mirror was standing against our door way outside. I called [redacted], and asked if that was our mirror and if so where is the rest of the dresser? I said it appears the delivery guy just left one item and it could have been stolen. He called me a [redacted] liar and said that someone had to have signed for it. I said that was not true.
It turns out the delivery guy calls my phone ten minutes later and said that he was in the parking lot with the rest of the dresser. I told him to not deliver the product as I requested it to be different day. He kept knocking on the door and coerced my daughter to sign for the dresser in mirror that were boxed up and unopened
I called [redacted] and said why did this happen? He cussed me out and said we want to be paid from the finance company and that is the way it its.
I contacted the finance company and indicated that the item was left in a box and the item codes to the mirror and dresser to did not match with what was on the loan agreement. The Finance Company then conference called Mattress Man Manager, [redacted] called me many inappropriate names on the phone and was disrespectful to the finance company representative during a conference call. The financial representative became upset as I was and referred the matter to her supervisor because she indicated that she would not tolerate being talked to in this manner.
I now have a dresser which I did not order. This is so wrong. Do not go there and shop.
I called and left several messages for [redacted], the owner over the last two days, and no return call.

Everyone was very nice and helped me find the perfect bed and at no fault but my own I got the wrong siZe and they gladly exchanged the mattress for me. Will recomend and I will shop their when I need a bed

Do not buy a mattress from this company. I purchased a 10 inch Gel Lux full size mattress from them for $400; I thought this was a great deal because other stores in the valley charge $550 for this product. I picked up the mattress a week later and after unpacking it I realized they substituted a Primo Enchantment 2 Gel Infused mattress which retails for $240. I immediately contacted Mattress Man and they tried to convince me the cheaper product was better than the one I ordered. They would not acknowledge their illegal bait and switch gimmick and offered to price match the cheaper mattress. When I produced competitor prices from 3 stores they were only willing to refund $110 despite a difference of more than $160. They even refused to give me a receipt for the refund. Mattress Man overcharged me and used deceptive practices to trick me into a purchase, buyers beware.
