Mattress Man

Review: I purchased a Washington Plush Mattress set from this retailer and the mattress is defective. I contact the store and presented this problem to the store's manager. He sent a representative out to examine the mattress. The manager notified me that it would take three weeks to get a answer back from the manufactures. It has been well over three weeks and I called the manager about the situation, he notified me that it's still pending. I have gotten little support from the manager and the owner has not contacted me at all. I went as far as contacting the manufacture to complain about the problem and the store owner continues to ignore my calls and complaints. I am a consumer that has been dealing with this complaint for over 90 days. I am not satisfied with this situation and the store has not honored it warranty policy.Desired Settlement: I have requested this mattress set to be replaced and the manager of the store supported the decision for me to get a upgraded mattress set. But to no avail, the store's owner continues to ignore my calls, has not called me to discuss the situation, nor has he given the store manager permission to replace the mattress set. My frustration level is to a boiling point, because my complaint is still ignored.
