I purchased a head board and foot-board set from mattress Max & home furnishing in November I was told the set had a lifetime warranty, when the bed frame broke I called Zack and he asked if I still had the resent though Zack remembered me; I replied no and Zack looked it up on his computer and said he would order one for me and replace the old oneZack also did not need to see the head-board and foot board after I had described it to him how it brokeI called the next day and he said he found the reset and a new head board and foot board set was on the way, too his Business and he would deliver it to me when it came.That never happened and ever time I call it just rings until he hangs it up
