We purchased a mattress from Mattress One in October and then about 1/months later we exchanged itThey made it sound so easy to returnWe did pay the exchange fee , but when we received our bill , we realized we were double billedWe tried to get this resolved and their finance company who they used, told us we could call Mattress One back and have them talk to their in house finance department to confirm that we were double chargedWell ,to make a long story short we have gotten the run around for the last couple of months and Chris and Eric at the Mattress One on Houston highway location in Victoria Texas have been blowing us off and keep telling us they are going to call the finance company to resolve the issueThey keep making excuses everytime we call them saying they are very busy and DO NOT EVEN CALL US BACK! They have been very unprofessionalI WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MATTRESS ONE EVER AGAIN, AND I WILL BE SURE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW WHAT NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THEM

I purchased a mattress recently from a Sugar land locationThe rep told me I could pickup the mattress on a specific dateI arrived with a borrowed truck, only to be told that the mattress was not there and would not be available for a few more daysAt that point I asked for a refundI was told a refund would be processed in a couple of daysA couple of days later NO REFUNDI tried contacting the local customer service and was told a refund needs to approved by managementOf course no manager was available but was told the district manager will call me the next dayThe next day and the day after and the day after came and went and still NO CALL from the district manager and NO REFUNDIn my opinion and only my opinion I would say run from Mattress one if you like to sleep at night

We went in to the store to purchase a mattress which we didSetup for delivery was made for later in the weekThe delivery guys got there and took out my box springs then came right back with them--I was told that the wrong mattress had been put on the truckThey told me they would have to come another time to delivery itIt was set up to be delivered the following FridayWe took time off from work again to be there but by 10:am, we learned that there was no mattress to be delivered since it was out of stockWe asked--so there was a mattress in stock on Saturday when you came and delivered the wrong one,correct; yesSo you gave that mattress to another order that was set up for delivery earlier in the week, correct; yesAt that point we cancelled the orderedNow, I am sitting here days later and the credit still has not been credited to meI am not sure what kind of game they are playing by taking so long to credit my account but I believe that I will report this to the Consumer Financial Protective BureauI would not recommend this company which is a shame because the salesperson was very nice

For all the complaints I read on the reviews...I must encourage everyone to read my experience before they turn away from Mattress One I recently purchased a California King Sealy Reclining Bed with a Stearns & Foster mattress from the Jacaranda/Plantation, Florida store Due to the Memorial Day Holiday rush, my delivery was delayed...but as soon as I told Juan, the Sales Associate and his District Manager of this delay...they made sure our delivery arrived within days! The delivery people were professional and very kind...they even helped move the existing bed into another room to make space for the new bed It has amazing and literally a life saver for my son who was in kidney failure complicated further by blood clots in his legs Being over 6', the length of the bed is perfect...he said he has never been so comfortable in his entire life with one reason being, his feet don't hang over the edge and the recliner portion helps immensely during the difficult times of his illness We couldn't be more pleased with this important purchase, handled kindly and professionally by the Mattress One team Thank You!

I had rejected Mattress One's response on Mar 14, and have not received a response sinceLast I heard they were waiting on a reply from the manufacturer, it should not take this longI had suspected that this would happen and they're just ignoring my complaint, is there anything Revdex.com can do about this? Worst customer service ever! We spoke with a salesman over the phone he told us we should just order online because of where we live and we would pay $delivery charge We ordered online and paid $for delivery They called the next day to schedule the delivery for the next week The day before they were suppose to deliver they called and asked for $more dollars When I asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for mins so I called back and then they told me one was not available and they would call me back They never did so they decided not to deliver our bed at all I called again and asked for a manager they would not put me in touch with one Cancelled the orderHorrible staff will never use them or recommend them to anyone

Revdex.com called business to follow up on this complaint and spoke to Joseph R**He said he spoke to the consumer yesterday and they are going to replace his mattress again, for the last timeThe mattress should be coming in tomorrow and the matter will probably be taken care of Friday afternoon or Saturday

I don't believe (and I don't think Mr*** does either) that having a mattress (and box) set without a frame would cause this much damage to the mattress, not to mention that it's sitting on top of a box which makes it high enough for me to sit on comfortablyYet Mr*** insists on that "damage which was caused by knee impressions and or walking on the mattress since it was on the floor", which I already addressed in my initial complaint as a complete lie (why would I walk on my mattress, or dig my knees into it)Mr*** just made a wild assumption and stuck to it like he knows me and like he could see how I use the mattress every dayAlso, if he is so sure that this would happen because I don't have a bed frame, why not warn me when I first bought it from him? Or even after he's seen the pictures I took and agreed to replace it the first time? In fact, when I bought the mattress, I remember him giving me a big thumbs up when I said I don't want to buy a frameI was not upset over the phone, as I was tr***g to reason with the manHe was the one who was rude, and at one point he said and I quote "I have been selling mattresses longer than you've been alive", impl***g that I had no idea what I was talking about and don't know how to use a mattressI felt insulted by that remarkLastly, even if I do decide to buy a frame, why would I buy it from Mr*** after two faulty products from him already? Mr. [redacted] did purchase a mattress and box spring set from Mattress One. When he purchased the set he was asked if he needed a frame to support them. He responded no.  He had  originally purchased the mattress set
in early December. He called us about a week later. We told him he...

had to take photos of the mattress showing us the problem. He did take the pictures and it did show damage which was caused by knee
impressions and or walking on the mattress since it was on the floor for 5 days. Our sales rep showed me the pictures and I told him we would replace it which we did at no charge on December 15, 2015.  Since both mattresses have been on the on the floor that automatically void the warranty of the manufacturer.  When Mr. [redacted] called the store the second time he called and said he was having the same problem. I  said we would replace it for the second time he would support it with a bed frame that it would last longer and feel better. At that time he became upset. He said would purchase a frame but not from us. I replied purchase a frame to see if that helps. I have yet to hear back from Mr. [redacted].
I would like to help Mr. [redacted] but he has to be reasonable, so we can get this issue resolved.
