Working through The Anderson's of Maumee Ohio we had The Beveled Edge replace our 40+ year old kitchen counter top and back splash *** and *** removed the old counter top and back splash and replaced with the new onesThe final fit and finish of the new counter top and back splash is of show room qualityThese guys are good !!

Review: Bought a mattress from the Mattress Shoppe on Stratford Rd. in march of 2010 it has since developed a body impression of more than an inch and a half. Which is considered normal. Went personally to the store and retrieved a receipt and asked about the warranty. And was told by the owner "I tell you what I am going to do about it, nothing!" "you already got a bad taste in your mouth and nothing I do will satisfy you so your might as well take it up with Simmons" Simmons policy is to resolve this matters with where it was purchased. but with the attitude of the owner I am stuck paying over $2000.00 for a mattress that did not last the length of the warranty. I was told by Simmons that he should have offered to come out and measure the depth of the impression and start the necessary paperwork. I have also been dissatisfied with Simmons response, three separate phone calls to the company and each time told they would notify the area rep. I was also told that I could not be helped at the Simmons company and they would not let me speak to a supervisor. The Mattress Shoppe also said that the problem would happen to the replacement, If that that is the case then I would like a credit towards a replacement it would not happen with.Desired Settlement: I would accept a replacement or a credit voucher to put towards a mattress that would not cave in. Personally I would rather deal with the Simmons company rather than be insulted by the Mattress Shoppe
