explained to that all Mattress have a break in period and it will soften up just give it some time.  He was early in his comfort exchange time period, give it more time and if things don't change let us know and we will take care of it.  Never to hear another word until now.  He did call our District Location to get a exchange. He was told at that time he has gone way past our customer comfort exchange policy time. That's when I got involved as the General Sales Manager.  I did reach out to Mr. [redacted] to talk with him to see what I could do.  The first question I ask is why did it take so long to reach out again?  We never heard a word after your first contact!  His reply was he wanted to give it a change to break in.  I not sure I understand why now a year later.  He has now moved to Las Vegas to be closer to medical care his child need.  That create another issue being the mattress is now in a different state. I'm in the process of working something out with Mr. [redacted].  Mattress Warehouse has always taken care of their customers.  It's difficult to take care of a customer after a year plus has gone by, which we had no idea a problem existed until he complained to the Revdex.com.We are under no obligation to do anything at this time.  However, we will do everything we can for Mr. [redacted] to come to some kind of resolution for both Party.Rick T[redacted]General Sales ManagerMattress Warehouse Utah

I spoke with Rick who agreed that they would take the mattress back if I can get it back to South Jordan, UT and exchange it for one that will suit our needs. We are still in the process of getting that done. I agreed that I will rent a uhaul and drive it back. Waiting for his confirmation that this will be taken care of.
