Review: I went to Mattress World with my boyfriend and my three children to pick up a mattress for my son. I bought a twin mattress for 162$ (which is way too high to begin with). It was all wrapped up and I peeked in and everything looked fine. When I got it home (to no help by them whatsoever) I unwrapped it and noticed a huge black stain on it- I don't know if it was a marker or dirt. And the sewing was coming undone. But I was not letting my son sleep on that. I called them the next day (8/7/2014) and asked for a refund or replacement. They said that I would have to get the mattress back to them or they would charge me for delivery. I kept telling them it was not my fault that the marks were there or the sewing was coming unattached. I kept saying how my boyfriend wasn't come to help me get it there and I didn't have the rope left either and the woman was literally screaming at me. She also asked me what my boyfriend was doing that night that he couldn't come help. When I said he worked overnight, she laughed and said it doesn't take that long like she was doubting me. And she even hung up on me. When I got there with the mattress, they conveniently had no more left of the one that I bought, they tried to sell me a new mattress that was over 200$. So needless to say, they were ripping me off. The manager smelled like marijuana also. I left with no mattress and no refund. I am furious with this company and I hope that no one has to put up with them.Desired Settlement: I would love a replacement or a refund but the manager made it pretty clear that I am not going to get either one of them unless I drop off the mattress to them when they finally get the new one in. I can't keep making these trips with three kids and me. I needed help and they couldn't come through so now I just want everyone to know that this is not a legit business and they will rip you off.
