Products delivered looks nothing like what was advertised
This company advertised beautiful mattresses on their page , full and worthy of cost. The mattress delivered looks nothing like what the picture shows. I was also told that I would get a free team set with the purchase of the queen set. They did not deliver that nor did they attempt to deliver it after I made the complaint about that the very next day either. They also quoted that the payment would be 85$ a month with the option to pay off the mattress that cost 550.00 in 90 days... The lease agreement that I was not able to view until after I had already signed it electronically with a text message permission code option was for a total different price for the merchandise and monthly payment both double what this merchant quoted over the phone... I have only had this mattress for a few days I received it on 3/20/2018 and after viewing the merchandise and agreement I called them immediately the next morning to state my complaint , I am being scammed... The only way they will take the merchandise is if I donate it to charity and pay them 265.00 which id a little short of 2 monthly payments or pay them about 750.00 within 90 days plus one extra month to pay or 550.00 kn the spot... Nothing about this settlement or the merchandise quality is just or fair and I have contacted my bank and let then know that I am being scammed and ripped off
The lease agreement is through a company called *** Credit in ***, Utah and I spoke with someone named *** that went over the settlement options that were emailed to me. I told her that I do not accept any of the offers because this isn't what I was told and over the phone for the price, I couldn't see my lease until after it was emailed to me after delivery of the merchandise and already signed electronically by me and none of the price nor payment matched what I was told and the merchandise isn't fit for the price it looks nothing like the pictures. They have my bank information and will make the attempt to withdraw 140.00 on the 1st of April 2018

This OS not what I was quoted over the phone or agreed to.. This company and their finance source scams and ripped me off or are trying to.... Terms totally unethical and ridiculous.
I dont want the merchandise and I should not be required to pay them anything. I have not had this merchandise looking enough to pay for 2 months payment . I don't want any money collected from my bank account, and they can come get the merchandise or i can donate it as their email request and not be required to pay them anything at all or they can prorate from the days this whole dispute started which was the very next day after the merchandise was delivered
We show honor, respect, and great customer service to all of our customers. This is also the reason we have been in business this long. All staff members are trained on clear customer service and contracts. We understand that sometimes in this, or any business, every customer can not be happy. With this being said, we have investigated this customers problems and realized that we have a company signed contract by this customer with her photo I.D and invoice that states the price, how many mattress sets she will receive and payoff price and timetable she has to pay it. We are in the business of providing facts, and not just word allegations. If the customer feels this is false, please let us know and we will send the very comp invoice that the customer signed with her photo I.D also in the picture. Thanks for your time and hope this comes to an end asap.
Dec, 1st 2017 I called and spoke with owner ***, came in store and paid for King size bed and box springs, he told me it would be in on or by Dec 15th. I called him on the 15th and he then changed his words and said he said week of the 15th... I told him I need them ASAP cause we just closed on our home and have no where to sleep. He stated that he will push harder for them to deliver... days go by and nothing I have to keep calling him to find out updates... it's now Dec 22nd and no Mattress I called him and his phone wasn't working right and he asked me to text him. He advised me that it won't be in till next week and no refunds, because I did ask him for a refund so I can go somewhere else to get a mattress. I told him I would contact Revdex.com and he replied 'no problem?
I replied 'I know it's not a problem since you already got your money. But hopefully my complaint and review of your store will warn others of the business practices you conduct?

Billing Adjustment I would like a refund but the owner stated that the company has a no refund policy. So at the least I would like a price reduction.
This matter was resolved the next day.
