See Attachment Dear Revdex.com, This is to inform you that the complaint ID No [redacted] was resolved with the customer on 10/06/ [redacted] came to Mattress USA located at [redacted] on 09/20/and bought queen mattress sets and metal framesWe did ordered the mattresses for [redacted] and she was called on 09/27/to be scheduled for delivery [redacted] stated that she has financial problem and she wouldn't be able to receive the mattresses and she wanted her money backIt was explained from the beginning, to [redacted] , by the sales person that the sale ls final and no refund and no cash back as she was getting a very good dealIt is also stated in our invoice which was signed by [redacted] (a copy of invoice is attached)One Mattress set and Frame was delivered on 10/01/2014A copy of the invoice is attached A copy of the refund check is attached A copy of store policy is attachedMattress USA [redacted] Store Manager,

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The salesperson did not tell nor advise me that all sales were final, he did tell me that the beds would be delivered within that week as the week produced a financial emergency did present itself and I called back to the store and spoke with the sale rep who advised me that I could pick my refund up that weekAs you see it took a lot longer than a week - I needed the funds to keep me from being evicted as my ex spouse had not filled his obligation and I was evicted due to the lack of Mattressusa advising me and not following through When I went to court I advised the landlord I would have all the money and because of Mattressusa not fulfilling there end, the time period that I was given came and went I am not satisfied even when I went to the store to get the refund, they gave me the run around, they advised me they had my correct address and then stated that they mailed it to an old address that was on my ID when I first purchased the beds, even though I had given them verbally my correct address The store managers were very rude and disrespectful I continued to call and was given the run aroundI would like to be compensated for all my time and the ending results of what happened due to this business not following through with a verbal agreement Regards, [redacted]
