Great fence company for installing fence. They installed a chain link fence for us on our farm and did a wonderful job and it looks great. This company is very professional from their sales to their fence installers and they have exceptional pricing compared to other fence companies. They were able to install the fence for us quickly as we had requested and we are very pleased with it.. I would recommend this company to anyone that is wanting a fence installed with professionalism.
Good luck on getting these folks to at least come out and give an estimate for the job that needs done. From the unprofessional receptionist that answers the phone, to whomever it is that actually does the work, they are not capable of interacting with customers.
I intiated a call to them to come give an estimate for a repair. Was told they would be out next day. Nobody showed up. After two days, I called them back, and was told that "he is on his way out the door" right now. Another no show.. Third phone call, spoke to a male that answered the phone. I told him my experience, and what I had been told promised. I had even e-mailed pictures of the damage and asked for a status update. He then informed me that "she" was to have e-mailed me back with the estimate. After it was suggested that I check my spam folder, he then told me that "she" is an an 83 year old woman answering the phone, and she is not very technical. He would leave her a note to call me back the next day. Well guess what? Nothing. It really started to be comical. I kept calling over a period of three weeks, each time with a promise of someone coming out, or they would send me the estimate. By this time, they had my name, address , phone number, e-mail address, and fax number. The last phone call I made, a male answered the phone this time. He claimed that the estimate was done, and had been sent. Guess what? Nothing. I then gave hi fax number AGAIN, thinking this was not over the top technical for them,. Guess what? Nothing. After three weeks of one sided communication with this company, all I can say is thank GOD I had not given them any money yet, and they had not actually started the job. With the front end service they have, I have no intention of hiring them now.
Advice is to BUYER BEWARE. Read through the other complaints here. They obviously are not interested in business. There are plenty of other reputable businesses in the area. One more example of why they are not Revdex.com accredited.
Call ABC Fence for a quote.Agreed on price never heard back from them they showed up about a month later did about half of what the quote was for and demaned I pay full price. no very happy with them
