I have never heard a word from her. We give a 5 day warranty on used tires and it is on the receipt. I have never even heard of this lady. We would have replaced it and wouldn't have sent a faulty one. If she still has the tire and receipt, we can replace it.

The customer called and said the vehicle was at Meineke and the catalytic converter was bad. It was towed in to us and we changed the converters and got the car to run.
We wrote on the receipt that the car runs rough and explained what was...
wrong with it. We also explained that the car misfires and if it is not taken care of it my damage the converters and void the warranty.
