Review: My car was taken for a minor repair. It took almost a month to repair the quarter panel above the passenger front tire. after the car was inspected by the claims dept. the dent could have been pulled out and I could have driven it until the repair could be made instead of my car sitting on his lot for 24 days. An accident the happened in front of my house to my unoccupied car ended up costing me several hundred dollars for taxes on a rental car. I suggest unless you have lots of time and money you use another repair shop. They have lost my business.Desired Settlement: Two hundred dollars I'm out for his neglect.

Matt's One Stop Service has been doing business with the [redacted] for many years. So of course when we received notice that they were dissatisfied with our service, the matter was taken very seriously. Due to the volume of business we had at the time of their repairs, it is true that the repairs took longer than expected. We did however stay in contact with Enterprise Rent-A-Car to ensure rental coverage for the full time of the repair. In addition, [redacted] requested additional repair work be performed, that was unrelated to the accident. Because of our long standing relationship with the [redacted], we were happy to repair some minor damage free of charge.

I have used Matts for auto body work as long as I can remember. I have two adult children who kept Matt busy during their teenage years. Also, my wife and I have used him for our many cars through the years. He is very easy to deal with and goes out of his way to make repairs as quickly as possible. I have never had to return to have something he repaired redone.
