Matt's Plumbing

I had been having some chronic problems w my toilets flushing sluggishly and now my bathtub not draining. Decided to get it taken care of bf the weekend. My usual plumber was out of town;I was referred to Matt and he came out promptly. I was most impressed w his honesty (and embarrassed w my stupidity) as he checked the clean out w the 2 toilets I had problems w (and had quit using for a few weeks relying on my third toilet.) He also checked the bathtub which had emptied but had taken a full day to do so. He told me to "unplug" it...of course, I had forgotten to unplug it! So instead of doing some work I didn't need, he simply told me that and did not charge me for his trip. I was so embarrassed I neglected to give him some money to cover his trip to my house. I was a senior female alone at the time and could have easily been taken advantage of. Thank God there are still honest people. I might rate differently if he had done more work. I have already recommended him to a personal friend who has worked as a plumber prior to his retirement.
