I apologize the response is hard to read due to grammatical errors. There will be no refund. The warranty does not cover damage done to the vehicle. You did not purchase anything through our business it was purchased through Ocean Crest Chevrolet. We honor all valid warranty repairs.

For reference I have included the photo of the vehicle that [redacted] posted on the company Facebook page showing the damage. The X-pel paint protection warranty covers all product failure. As is visible in the photo, as well as when the vehicle came to our business, the paint protection did not fail....

Scuff marks on the vehicle indicate something came across the vehicle, whether something scrapped the vehicle or the vehicle was bumped into something else the hole in the paint protection did not just materialize with no agitation. In fact the paint protection did exactly what it was supposed to do and protected the paint under this scuff, had the material not been there while this damage was done the paint would have a large scrape or hole. There were many scuff marks, scratches and bumps on other areas of the vehicle also indicating this isn't product failure. Sometimes people may misunderstand the word abuse, we are not indicating he crashed his car or purposefully cut a hole in the material, abuse is classified as any damage done to the vehicle.
