Matty's Appliance Repair

Review: I am being billed for charges I did not agree upon.-I called Matty's to see if they could repair a dishwasher.-He asked address and did not tell me there was a $35.00 service charge.-He came and quoted me a repair charge more than what the dishwasher was purchased for brand new. (+$300.00)-Once I told him that I did not want him to fix it, he informed me there was a $35.00 service charge.-I recieved a bill, through the mail, for $85.00. Desired Settlement: Since I was not once informed there were any charges to quote a price to repair my dishwasher. I do not feel I should pay for any charges rendered since there was no documented or verbal agreement.
