I am rejecting this response because: No refund was ever issued I reviewed their screenshot Maui CPR sent me and it says "hold" for *** *** (my maiden name), but no "refund" NO MONEY ever made it back into my ***, a hold is not the same thing as a refund I sent Maui CPR a screen shot of my *** showing that there is only a payment to them and no refund I feel like I am going crazy here, but why is this so hard, just hit the refund button already

I have verified with *** that your refund has been sentIt appears *** put it into hold status and a glitch prevented it from processingWhich explains why you and I were both seeing different transaction status

We would have no problem refunding this ... the problem is we don't have a payment from a [redacted] or [redacted]. We did get a payment from [redacted] on 3/25 which we refunded on 4/4.if she can provide us with the correct name she paid under or a transaction number. I can resolve this promptly
