AlohaFirst, I'd like to correct an error stated that I was the "salesman" regarding her order She was fishing on a charter fishing boat that offers my services to their customers as a way to commemorate their catchThe invoice that is referred to in the complaint was filled out not by me,
but on the boat by the captain/mate and her, then forwarded to meOne downside of having others represent you is not having control over what exactly they tell the clientDepending on the particular circumstance and situation a reproduction is done of their fishThis is exactly what lead to the misunderstandingOnce I spoke to the client, it was obvious she was not told this was going to happen in her particular caseOnce I was aware, I apologized and immediatel refunded her the entire amount and sent her a copy of the refundThis is my first ever complaint in over yearsIt's unfortunate and I consider this matter closedAloha ***
