Maui North Surf Company

On March 19, 2019, I placed an order for some windsurfing equipment from *** of Maui North Surf Company. The total balance for the order of $3447.92 was paid to Maui North via etransfer by March 23rd and supposedly the equipment was ordered.
Over the last 4 months, I have contacted the retailer numerous times via email, text and phone. The equipment has not arrived or been delivered. The retailer has not provided a date, an eta, or made an effort to keep me informed as to the status of the order.
Contact with *** at Maui North was attempted by me many times over a 4-month period, and due to the long delay and no explanation as to when the equipment would arrive, I have requested a refund. It was understood by the retailer *** that this request was made yet again on July 15th on the telephone call, and I have followed up since then with daily email, text and voicemail messages requesting that the refund be processed. It is now 3 days since the request for a full refund has again been made and I continue to have had no communication, acknowledgement nor refund issued.
The equipment was ordered in March for use during the Spring and Summer windsurfing season. *** As the season is now half over, I have requested the refund. I have demonstrated excitement and exceptional patience with the retailer, but at this point, I am registering a formal complaint with the Revdex.com in order to escalate this concern and resolve this issue as quickly as possible. The retailer was very fast to respond to calls and email when I was interested to order the equipment in March. Once full payment for the order was made, the retailer has not been professional nor responded to my numerous messages in a timely manner, if at all.
