The waterpark was mostly empty so that was nice as the boys were able to go on the slides over and over without waiting in long linesIt does not have much for those and under even though it's marketed as having a wonderful area for smaller children We had the Ohana Suite with the bunkbedsThe beds make the kids feel like they are going to fall at any momentThe mattresses do not fit correctly so our toddler got stuck between the mattress and wallWe had to have him sleep in the king bed with us the second nightThe way the room is designed even with the A/C running at the highest/coldest setting there is a clear temperature change the moment you cross the threshold into the bunk roomIt's so hot it hurts! I can only type so much per Revdex.com rules - but from the moment we said "We'd like to speak with a manager" we were treated with rolled eyes, annoying sighs and rude attitudesI was even blocked from asking questions on their social media

I am a single parent and had extra money for onceSo I figured I would take my girls to Maui Sands so they could have a little funThe water park closed at pm and we headed to our room and my girls was having a good time and was laughing at 10:pm an employee knocked on the door and said that they was being to loud and that they would kick us out and call the cops if my children did not stop laughingI think it's ridiculous that we were at a place for kids to have fun and got treated that way because they were happy and laughingIt was not even past the time when you had to be quiteI could see if it wasThen one of comforter's in our room had blood on it and they just covered it upBut the women at the front desk was very nice and got us a new one right away! All in all I'm really disappointed how we was treated!

We also went there on April 1 , we booked like month-and-a-half two months in advance and paid for it. we checked in at 2 o'clock got our luggage walk to the room, room was very dirty hair in the bathroom on top of the toilet sink and shower, dust on the entertainment center floors were dirty beds un made ,so we did not want to complain because our kids were with us and figured we'd make the best of it, so after we got our luggage in we went down and got launch across the street then we came back got changed in our swimming trunks walk down to the water park and could not find no towels nor any tables or chairs then we went to the Kitty area and the water was very cold and the floors looked filthy,my 12 year old son would not go in the water because it was so cold and looked dirty so my daughter wanted to go in the lazy river but it was closed down so I asked some life guards why is was down and they said they did not know so I went back to where they were standing because they did not have enough tables or chairs for the few people that were there and walked around and was asking other life guards about it and I found some that told me that there was human feces in the lazy river ,so I asked some other employees if the water was connected to the slides and they said yes so I asked them why is any of this open and told me to ask management ,as I walked around more in the pool area and looked around and could not believe how dirty is really was ,all the pools tile had a dark film just above the water were it looked like has never been cleaned and you could not even see the bottom because of bad treatment of the water so I went to the front desk to complain and I was told that I can leave if I have a problem and can get reimbursed,so I told her that I want the Manger ,,mind you there was already about 15 people complaining already at the desk ,no Manger for about 15 min after asking a few times like everyone else so I said just give me my money back then I was told that they can not do so ,I asked very nice a few times still nothing and was ignored, so I told her that if I don't get my money back that I was going to let everyone know in line that there was human feces in the lazy river,then she said she will call the police if I do ,,,so at this point I realize they do not care about any of the people and the children Noor how clean the place is that they are more concerned how munch money they make so I told everyone In line so they called the police and made a sroty up that I was screaming and yelling witch I was not,I talked loud so all the people could here because the Line had over 50 - 60 people trying to check in .so we went ahead and went to our room to get our bags then the police showed up and I told them what was going on so we walked down to the from desk with the police and tried talking to them and even the police could not believe how we were being treated,,witch is in the report that they we were treated badly in front of the officer,there is so munch more detail but the point is if you complain or ask for your money back they just make a story up and call the police ,,witch the police are VERY familiar with their activity,,and so is the health department /fire marshal /and the Revdex.com with "F" for rating ,,so the goal is not to let any other families to be put in this situation,, they know most families that go there do not want to room the kids that weekend so they figure most families will not stick up for themselves and they take advantage of it

They are infested with roaches and they're very nasty. The staff is rude and is refusing me a refund when we killed multiple roaches. A roach even crawled on my friend leg while sitting at the table in the water park.

No service no manager made my own bed elevators not working
