Re: Complaint # [redacted] To Whom it may Concern, We are writing to you today in reference to the above complaint number Since the complaint was filed, we have been diligently working with our customer to come to a satisfactory resolution and provide our customer with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, which is a guarantee we always promise and stand behindAs of today, we are certain that the complaint issue by Mr [redacted] has been resolved to his satisfactionIn reference to his property located at [redacted] ***, ***, we have repaired the furnace and restored it back to working condition at no charge to Mr [redacted] After sending our Supervisor to the property to meet with Mr [redacted] , we were able to address the recommendations made by our first technician and provide a repair to the unit in order to get it back up and running In reference to the second property located at [redacted] , ***, our Field Supervisor was able to discuss with Mr [redacted] why we deemed the unit in the attic unsafe to operate and shut it off for the safety of his tenants We are scheduled for a future date to meet Mr [redacted] at this property to provide him an estimate to replace this unitAfter our onsite visit today with Mr [redacted] , we are confident we have addressed his complaint in it entirety and provided a resolution he is 100% satisfied withIf you need any further clarification or documentation please feel free to reach out to me directly at [redacted] Regards, [redacted] , Operations Manager
