that time she stated that this $should cover the entire process.
Now she is asking for additional money! Is it right for this to occur

I hired Maureen Pineau in November of 2010 and served my husband with divorce papers the same month. I am now divorced (December 8, 2011)with paying over $6,100 for a peaceful problem free divorce. We both just wanted to undo it and were not out to hurt one another. After 25 years of marriage you don't just hate someone. We just wanted it done and over with. Maureen dragged out the divorce for over a year, didn't do the majority of the paperwork on a timely basis, on the payout for my half of our home, she submitted the paperwork shortly before I was to receive the money. She holds everything up as she doesn't submit paperwork on time. I'm now waiting for my QDRO from [redacted] Company, the paperwork was submitted incorrectly and she knew this the second to the last week of December, 2011. She also knew I was to close on a home and needed the money to proceed. I am still waiting for her to resubmit the paperwork correctly so I can move on with my life. I was supposed to close on a home January 2, 2012 and would have been able to had she done her job in a timely fashion and correctly. Everyone (my financial advisor, sellers, realtor, lawyer and a judge) are still all waiting for her to complete what I've alread paid for which should have been a done deal in December. I'm going to lose my $5,000 deposit and my dream home if she doesn't get the job done that I've already paid her for.
