Review: In July of 2013 I purchased a Restonic Mattress from Vaughan Maurice (top of the line mattress) within a year the mattress was broken down and I contacted Vaughan Maurice he stated he would take care of he matter to just come by and we would see what he could do. So when I stopped by the business he started showing me other mattresses that he would trade out but it would be $300 to $600 difference in my mattress. So I contacted Restonic company in [redacted] and they sent a representative out to look at it and he said he would talk with Maurice and let me know. They ended up replacing the mattress with a different kind of mattress. For about 1 year now our mattress have been popping and cracking so loud when my husband and I turn over that it wakes us up several times a night. I called Maurice and they said they would contact Restonic rep. and then the Rep from Restonic told me that I would have to bring the mattress to [redacted] which is 2 1/2 hours from us and they would look at it and determine or fix the mattress. One I do not feel I should have to take the mattress anywhere and also the Rep from Restonic told me the one that I have now was a close out/ not a top of the line mattress and they don't make them anymore. I would like to have my money back in the amount of my first mattress and I will purchase one somewhere else. Mr. Vaughan got very upset with me when I had the first problem and was actually rude about the situation. I owned a Restonic mattress for over 20 years and had no problems before this is why I purchased another one.Desired Settlement: Give me my money back from the first mattress, because evidently I was given a much cheaper built mattress the second time without being told.
